At BootBuddy®, we want you to step out in confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all footwear in original, unworn condition. If your new boots aren't the perfect fit, our streamlined process ensures a quick and easy resolution.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn boots back in their original branded packaging and secure them inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect your boots, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
